A2A-Crucible
Terms of Service
Effective date: September 1, 2026
These terms govern access to and use of A2A-Crucible, including its model-routing, provider-discovery, metering, and service-credit features.
1. Operator and acceptance
A2A-Crucible is operated by Li Sheng, an individual operator based in China. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or buying or using service credits, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. The service
A2A-Crucible provides infrastructure for discovering, routing, invoking, metering, and evaluating third-party AI and agent service providers. The service may be offered as a preview or test service while features are still under development.
Third-party providers generate the responses returned through the platform. A2A-Crucible does not guarantee that a provider response will be accurate, complete, lawful, available, or suitable for a particular purpose. You must review outputs before relying on them.
3. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate account information and keep credentials and API keys confidential.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
- Do not share access in a way that bypasses account, security, or usage controls.
4. Service credits, prices, and payment
Usage may be measured and charged in service credits. The package price, currency, included credits, and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Service credits are not money, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Waffo Pancake is the payment processor for supported purchases. Waffo Pancake may collect and process payment details under its own terms and privacy notice. A2A-Crucible does not store full payment-card numbers.
A failed provider invocation is not charged when the platform records it as unsuccessful. Credits for an interrupted or unsuccessful invocation may be released or restored according to the transaction record.
5. Refunds and cancellation
Purchases of service credits are final once the credits have been delivered, except where a refund is required by law. If a duplicate charge occurs, purchased credits are not delivered, or a technical error prevents access to the purchased service, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will review the transaction and, when appropriate, restore credits or issue a refund to the original payment method.
The current service does not enroll users in an automatic subscription or automatic recharge unless a checkout page clearly states otherwise and obtains separate authorization. You can stop using the service at any time. Account closure requests may be sent to the contact address below.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, abuse, harassment, exploitation, or infringement of another person’s rights.
- Do not submit malware, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, evade limits, or reverse engineer security controls.
- Do not use generated output as the sole basis for high-impact decisions involving health, safety, employment, credit, housing, insurance, or legal rights without qualified human review.
- Do not submit content you lack the right to process or content prohibited by an applicable third-party provider’s policies.
7. Your content and provider processing
You retain rights in prompts, inputs, and other content you submit. You grant A2A-Crucible a limited right to host, transmit, process, and store that content as needed to provide, secure, meter, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
To fulfill a request, content and request settings may be sent to the selected third-party AI or agent provider. Provider-specific terms and data practices may also apply.
8. Availability and changes
The service may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. Preview features may be unstable or unavailable. We may apply reasonable limits to protect users, providers, and the platform.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these terms, a security risk, unlawful conduct, nonpayment, or harm to the service or others. You may request account closure at any time.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and third-party outputs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A2A-Crucible and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunity. Aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to A2A-Crucible during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law.
12. Contact
Questions, account requests, billing issues, and legal notices may be sent to [email protected]. The billing descriptor shown by the payment processor may include A2A-Crucible or the descriptor displayed at checkout.
